Where It All Began...

Myself and Keith have always enjoyed the theatre but a night in London was so expensive

Train fare – Theatre tickets – Meal out – so I started to think of a way of making it more affordable.

In April of 2003 I organised a mini bus for us and a few friends – we had a great time and then friends of friends started to ask about coming along.

I remember the very first show we did waiting for the coach, petrified that they might have forgotten us, or I might have forgotten to book it, and the relief when it pulled round the corner. It’s not always been easy – but it’s always been worth it, when people send me messages saying what a fab trip they have had. Our first year we only did 4 trips – every 3 months and I remember saying to Keith I might do one a month – I can’t repeat what he said on here apart from he didn’t think I would be able to fill 12 coaches a year! I took a chance and blimey look at us now. It’s hard work, buying the shows, negotiating better seats, paying up front (Keith hates that bit) and taking a chance I can sell them all – then trying to get the seating sorted – that is a nightmare trying to seat a party of five when I’ve only got even numbers of seats etc! – collecting the money in – trying to get everyone seated on the coach (sometimes it’s like a game of Tetris!!)etc etc – but somehow it works.

We expanded after Lock down and now do day trips – concert trips – 4 day holidays – I’m open to any suggestions actually!

The coach was spacious and comfortable,  we had plenty of time in and around Covent Garden to have something to eat and shopping..and we had good views of the London lights! Booking was very easy, great prices, picking up and dropping off was well managed..and good atmosphere whilst on the coach.  My 9 year old twins loved every minute of our trip too..I will definitely be  Booking the same trip..and more..fir next year!

Some questions we get asked regarding our trips!

WHO ARE WE?

Kim (and Keith) started back in 2005 just doing trips for friends once or twice a year – it steadily grew from there and we now have over 11000 members in our group and do several trips a week.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

We buy group tickets months in advance at much reduced prices and organise a coach for you to travel there and back.

These tickets are sold on a non refundable basis – if you do resell your tickets please advise me for coach numbers and pick ups

WHERE IS PICKUP?

We pick up from
Biggleswade – Dan Albone car park

Baldock – bus stop as you drive into Tesco

Great Ashby – park in Budgens

Hatfield Galleria

The pick up times will be advertised when booking your ticket.

please make sure you text so I can store your number in case of any emergencies
